Acceptance
Using Zonki means you accept these Terms and Discord's Terms of Service.
Nature of Service
Zonki is a virtual-casino game for entertainment only. No real-money gambling is offered or supported.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and otherwise comply with Discord's Terms of Service.
Usage
Play is purely recreational. Zonki is not liable for any real-world outcomes of your use.
Virtual Currency — "Zonki Dollars" (Z$)
- Z$ have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services.
- Selling, trading, or monetizing Z$ is prohibited.
- Exploiting bugs or loopholes may result in suspension or ban.
Monetization & Refunds
Premium features may be sold via subscriptions or one-time purchases. All sales are final unless required by law; chargebacks or refund attempts lead to an immediate ban.
Data Collection & Deletion
We store your Discord ID, interaction history, and related data solely to operate and improve Zonki. On request we will permanently delete all data tied to your ID.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to:
- Follow Discord's rules.
- Report issues via the community server or support@zonki.xyz.
You must not:
- Automate interactions (self-bots, macros, etc.).
- Disrupt, exploit, or abuse Zonki.
- Violate any applicable laws.
Termination
Access can be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice. Virtual assets are forfeited on termination; no refunds.
Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after notice equals acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Zonki is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by United States law; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts.
