/blackjack

This classic card game pits you against the adorable Zonki dealer in a race to get as close to 21 as possible without going over.

How to Play​

Use /blackjack bet where bet is the amount you want to wager.

Rules​

  • Goal: Beat Zonki's hand without busting (going over 21)
  • Cards: 2-10 = face value, J/Q/K = 10, A = 1 or 11
  • Deck: 6 deck shoe, reshuffled when emptied
  • Hit on soft 17 (A + 6), stands on hard 17 or higher
  • Reveal hole card after your turn
  • Getting 21 automatically ends your turn

Your Options​

  • Hit: Draw another card
  • Stand: Keep your current hand
  • Double: Double your bet and receive one final cards
    • This is only available on your first two cards
  • Split: Split any pair into separate hands, max 4 hands (doubles your bet each split)
    • Split Aces receive only one card each and automatically stand
  • Surrender: Lose half your bet and quit
    • This is only available on your first two cards
  • Insurance: When Zonki shows an Ace, bet half your wages they have a natural blackjack (pays 2:1)

Payouts​

  • Natural Blackjack: 21 with first two cards: 3:2
  • Win: Beat the dealer's hand without over 21: 1:1
  • Push (tie): Bet is returned
  • Bust: Lose your bet
